Functions of Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC)

1. Developing, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance policies and procedures.
2. Conducting institutional and program evaluations for quality assurance and enhancement.
3. Organizing workshops, seminars, and training sessions for faculty and staff to improve
their teaching, research, and assessment skills.
4. Developing and implementing strategies for curriculum design and development.
5. Promoting research and innovation in various fields of study.
6. Facilitating the development and implementation of student-centered learning approaches and strategies.
7. Facilitating the development and implementation of effective teaching and learning methodologies.
8. Collecting and analyzing data on student learning outcomes, faculty performance, and program effectiveness.
9. Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve student learning outcomes.
